Over the last few weeks, we’ve been actively listening and thinking about how to best support organizations that are facing COVID-19 challenges and looking for immediate solutions. It’s been inspiring to see how our team and technology have been able to quickly help so many organizations with their critical COVID-19-related information collection and routing efforts, including patient screening and intake, self-reporting questionnaires, and donation and business assistance forms. More than anything, the experiences have shaped our plans moving forward to better help those on the front lines who are dealing with the massive influx of patients and requests from the coronavirus pandemic.
Today, we’re launching the Formstack COVID-19 Relief Program. From now until August 1, 2020, we’re offering a free Formstack Forms HIPAA plan to all qualified US-based healthcare, nonprofit, and government organizations collecting HIPAA data as it relates to COVID-19. As part of the program, approved organizations can quickly collect critical information from patients, employees, volunteers, etc. and automate daily tasks with HIPAA compliant forms that can be created and shared anywhere.
While our easy-to-use online form builder makes it possible to quickly create custom HIPAA compliant forms without any specialized skills or coding, we’ve also created a variety of customizable templates that can give you a jumpstart. Additionally, our onboarding team is on standby to help you develop solutions since we know time is of the essence.
